My wife and I were first-time homebuyers, largely ignorant to the nuances of finding and owning a home. Suffice it to.say that if we hadn't met Don Foote, we would almost certainly have gone back to renting and throwing away more money. This was certainly not true of many other professionals we worked with despite our "newbie" questions that we bombarded him with.
